(Note: I wrote this poem probably on 3rd of January on 2010 and I was in third grade then)

Mat, Mat its a mat
On the mat creeps a Rat
I thought and thought was it fat?
But suddenly chased it a rat
I started playing with my bat,
The cat took my hat
So I was running with Bat
To pat the cat with my Bat
Since the I got my bat back from the Cat
I started to chat!
