Everytime

A poem that I never really thought twice about – implying it’s just straight out from my thoughts. It’s for a friend whose one in a million, no a zillion perhaps. That one person

who changed my life, beckoned me to stand up for myself and knows me like no other. cheers:) to g.

Despite a thousand other things,

That seem to exist,

You are different,

Every-time.

Just like the universe,

So perfectly imperfect,

Leaving me with a million,

Questions unanswered,

Every-time.

Beyond infinity lie the answers,

and none so smart, I have seen,

So different, yet familiar,

Every-time.

Half the time, I’m spell bound,

Rest I wonder,

A Silence that I favor,

Every-time.
